Evangelist V. Anthony was inspired to establish L.E.A.B.S. as a tribute to her late mother, Apostle Dr. Ella R. Haggins, the founder of First National Deliverance Center Five-Fold Ministry in Washington, D.C. Rooted in the principles of the five-fold ministry—which includes the roles of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher—Evangelist Anthony fulfills the role of the teacher. As a committed Christian leader, she exemplifies dependability, moral integrity, and a positive attitude toward others. Her professional demeanor enables her to accept constructive criticism while maintaining emotional resilience. With over 40 years of teaching and counseling experience, along with a Master’s in Divinity, Evangelist Anthony brings both intellectual and spiritual insight into her teaching of the Word of God. Her excellent speaking skills, leadership, and unwavering dedication have made her a respected figure and a beacon of spiritual wisdom to those she serves.
